Das bin ich!

Herzlich willkommen!

Hallo und herzlich willkommen auf meinem Blog, ich freue mich, dass du den Weg zu mir gefunden hast und ich hoffe du findest hier etwas Unterhaltung und Inspiration. Mit dem Backen habe ich schon früh angefangen und über die Jahre hat es sich zu einer kleinen Leidenschaft entwickelt. Die Rezepte die ich hier zur Verfügung stelle sind einfache Rezepte, die hoffentlich genauso einfach für dich nachzubacken sind. Falls dir etwas auffällt oder du bei dem ein oder anderen Rezept nicht zurecht kommst, lass es mich wissen. Ich helfe immer gerne, soweit es mir möglich ist :o) Ich wünsche dir viel Freude und hoffe, du schaust wieder einmal vorbei! Dein Stefan

Im Hof des Dominikanerinnenklosters Wettenhausen fand einer der ersten Weihnachtsmärkte der Region statt. Die Stimmung hätte weihnachtlicher nicht sein können.

Nach heutigen Begriffen produzierten die Bäcker in Augsburg vor Jahrhunderten bereits Ökobrot. Die Handwerker hatten mit vielen Vorschriften zu kämpfen.
